Leo's comment about MTD being about cohort 5 if Kevetrin wasn't dealing with terminal patients but being 5-9 due to our particular circumstance brings this question to mind.; how do they number repeat cohorts? If they repeat cohort 3 would that become cohort 3B or would it be known as cohort 4?
Sure would make it easier to recognize what is going on with a trial if they used something like 3B so that one could tell what dosage level is currently being administered and to see that an incident has occurred. Of course, DF may not want this type of info put out prematurely so they just keep numbering each cycle concurrently regardless if it is a dose increase or a dose repeat.
