I think in the end Steve will come through,I look at it like the story of the boy who cried wolf. He kept saying there was a wolf and there wasn't and finally in the end there was a wolf, but no one would believe him. I think Steve has been very optimistic but so far things haven't gone so well, but in the end there really could be some $$ (wolf) in this company. at least he is trying!
