Analysis Report:
Sunergy Inc. is a company that was incorporated in the State of Nevada, USA, on January 28, 2003. They are an exploration stage company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties with a view to exploiting any mineral deposits we discover that demonstrate economic feasibility. SNEY has not earned any revenues since our inception and does not anticipate earning revenues until such time as they have entered into commercial production on the Pampana and/or Nyinahin properties.
Sunergy Inc. accomplished little if anything with its operations until they brought the Nyinahin property in Ghana in 2009. They have done little with the property since its acquisition.
Things changed for Sunergy Inc. when they acquired Allied Mining and Supply Ltd. (AMS) in October 2010. They picked up where AMS left off in their exploration activities in Sierra Leone. AMS personnel led the way of executing their newly updated business plan since joining Sunergy. They bought 3 dredges in the fall of 2010 and had them on location and operating by the spring of 2011. Although the initial results were very promising, there have not been any definitive updates or hard numbers provided. The reason for this could be because of the CE status or some other reason the company has not shared.
Sunergy Inc. financed most of their activities since inception through selling shares with some them through private placements and most with warrants attached. They had a total of 592,319,951 warrants as of December 31, 2011 of which 329,719,960 were to expire on July 16, 2012. Let it be noted that the company on at least one occasion extended some warrants. There have been a total of 69,400,000 warrants exercised since AMS came on board and none prior.
Sunergy Inc. is a high risk investment with a Caveat Emptor status that they have been working to get rid of by getting current. They have made tremendous strides in their operations since AMS has come on board and based on last year’s operations update they have accumulated over one million dollars’ worth of gold. They have been investigating different avenues to deal with black sands to get the Rare Earth elements processed and sold. Their latest avenue is to have a pilot plant designed to for separation of the most marketable precious and rare earth minerals.
Sunergy has done more in the past 18 months that they did in the prior 7 years. The primary catalyst to this change of processes is AMS. Although Sunergy Inc. haven't as the saying goes “arrived”, they are well on their way to achieving some of the goals they established in their planning documents.
