I base my opinion on the fact that our affiliates

I base my opinion on the fact that our affiliates are not on forum boards watching everything and anything said about the company. They probably don't even know what is going on unless people starting bombing them with phone calls to purposely hurt the company. IMO, a SEC complaint about a contract dispute isn't going to exactly have our affiliates mad at us or drop us. I am sure we have contracts with the affiliates as well and as long as we are standing up to those contracts I see no reason in thinking our affiliates care about an internal dispute.

I think the PPS is channel trading mid 2's to mid 3's. Unless the company dumps a $hit ton of shares I think the PPS is where it will stay. Seems to me most of the longs and people that wanted out sold on the way down. JMO but if you are/were long nothing has really changed other than an internal matter that is being settled and I think will be best for the company to move forward.
