I don't think we need to do any of this tbh. Other than being more upfront with the shareholders about what is going on. The only thing filed with the SEC is a contract dispute everything else has been on free sites and our own asset in which we own and are now fighting for control over.

I don't think our clients even know what is going on and if JC contacted them it would be like shooting himself in the foot, not to mention the fact that he couldn't complain to affiliates about anything because there is nothing to complain about. This is a simple case of who will control and own the company. From my take on this JC wants to control the company because he wants to save face to all the people he hasn't paid in years and now realizes without assets you can't bring in enough revenue to get himself to save face with all the workers he strung along for years. He wants to push this off onto PNCH and SS. The more facts we get the stronger my thoughts seem to be correct.
