You want him to answer what exactly? Is it safe to buy the stock? I can answer that, Yes. The SEC doesn't give two $hits about contract disputes. Also everything that has been released other than the contract dispute to the SEC, which will tell him to take it to court because they don't govern that type of stuff, has been nothing but posts on free sites and a site we own.
It wont be halted, chilled, or suspended. That would be and is his answer.
