The document clearly states that the 3 year old settlement agreement will render this case without basis. While that has to go before the Judge again in the next phase of the proceedings, that fact that the judge has expressed this opinion means that unless Elsely can claim successfully that the agreement is not valid she is going to lose. The judge also points out that Elsely makes no such claims at this time and all of the previous claims that the settlement was forced on her, not made available to her or otherwise invalid have been disproven by her own testimony and documents filed with the court.
