The public doesn't need to know TECO is in the black as much as management needs to know in the case of handling any allegations. If they see black within the next week then borrow against future revenue if necessary to pay for investigations, FBI, criminal charges, etc, against everyone of these IFLUB aholes. It should be the first investment TECO makes with their new found wealth. This is tortious interference at it's best. It is one thing to be pissed off, frustrated, polk fun at false starts and ludicrous PR's but it's another to do this sort of thing for the sake of interfering with the creditor disguise. A so-called "creditor" who would otherwise get back what their claiming if they weren't purposely interfering. IT STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN!
