They can hover over your home or your yard, and it's completely legal.

"Can police buy one of these and fly it over my house and watch me anytime they want?" we asked Charles Braun, Indiana Law Enforcement Academy.

"At this time, yes."

"Can a private citizen do the same thing?"

"Yes, that is correct."
