I will respond to this jerk one time.  The firms I hired are defending and working for IC Punch Media, Inc and our shareholders. I personally paid them their retainers put of my own pocket. The fraud JC is saying I committed is filing the Q and K as the CEO. He is telling me that this is filing false documents because he jumped up in the air and yelled out that he is now CEO.  Which he is not.

This was a selfish last ditch effort to try to take over control to save himself after we gave him notice on April 19th questioning several irregularities we discovered while evaluating if he had qualified for his bonus.  He feels if he can get rid of me, nobody will go after him for what we found.JCs actions are disgusting.
