I mentioned 1am because that's what time it was. If it had been 10pm I would have questioned what he could possibly be doing with his team at that hour. I know he is accused of fraud by his partner. I would also believe that an officer of the company can turn off the machine. I don't agree with it at first blush,but I'm sure we will hear 3 or 4 stories as to why the network went off the air. I don't recall accusing anyone of being drunk. Drinking ,yes. Most CEOs of companies that I have been an officer in or a stockholder of, don't do reports to shareholders at 10pn,11pm,,midnight,,1am. You didn't respond as to why Steve isn't using both of his law firms that he has hired. That's an important question. He wouldn't have to work so hard all night long,he could just use the services that he said he has hired. Steve can't do that. He has to be the hero. He has to be cheered on by the crowd. By the way,what firms are handling Steve's legal work?  You may need to know that. Steve's attorneys don't represent the shareholders. Steve is not on the side of the shareholders. Steve is defending  Steve.  If there are people holding large blocks of shares,they need to be defended. Any deal made between Steve and Collins will affect the shareholders,and I promise the shareholders will be the last subject talked about.
