I have appreciated all the contributions to the debate and the questioning about what could account for the sudden explosion in volume during the final minutes of trading this afternoon. There has been nothing like this before that I can discover in the recent history of trading.
As the declared policy of HIMR has been a persistent reduction in the float and in the O/S, and also because no one posting here has been filled at .0001, even today, that makes it logical to conclude that either the company was buying back shares, or that a partner was accumulating restricted shares, or a combination of the two possibilities.
In addition, the amounts showing on the close, in reviewing Level 2, were incredibly low, and IMO that reinforces the hypothesis I have outlined above, as being the most likely explanation of today's otherwise mind-boggling action.
I also find it very likely that a PR that covers recent events and announcing innovative news will be forthcoming without a long wait. I hardly need to add: "long and strong".
