I was just making the point that the number they announced prevously in pr's was 2.8 bill. And recent phone calls posted here stated that it was hard to understand Jason when describing the float. It's my opinion that with the pr today and the statement made about taken on new partners stood out and himr has shown in the past filing they like paying through shares to partners. Since nobody here got there bid filled including the bashers over in the other place, I'm thinking that new partners from concessions or the facility that's going to build the new tigerlynk or even the "new company" as one pr stated in brazil purchased cheap shares from the float and possibly himr will restrict them bringing the float to 2.8 bill from where we are now. Jmo though JB. As said in previous posts, it could be very good which would be my scenario above or it could be bad in that they diluted but I don't see dillution imo due to nobody got any cheapies.
