Agree, the K filled is in line with his employment contract, it's just a summery not all the details, I don't see any contradictory descriptions between the filling and the contract. In my opinion, since they never had a board meeting to elect him as the new CEO like the bylaw requires, even the contract states that he would be the CEO after 3 months, Steve is still legally the CEO of the company. So there is nothing wrong with Steve's SEC fillings , it's just a contract problem between JC and Steve. He should go to his attorney not SEC. If he filed the SEC complaint only based on his employment contract, then it's really a baseless SEC complaint in my opinion.
