Exactly!!!!!!!!!!! How is this good for shareholders, again?
Per the K in the compensation discussion, it seems to be spelled out. "On July 10, 2012 the Company entered into an executive employment agreement with Joseph Collins in the capacity as President and Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors. The agreement provides for compensation of $200,000 per year upon completion of capital raise of $3,000,000 and the immediate issuance of 150,000,000 common shares. Additional shares are to be issued on a progressive level upon the successful raise of capital and additional incentive issuances upon meeting certain business benchmarks."
No one expects the detailing of a compensation contract in the K. Just an executive summary of what has been awarded, earned or paid. That seems to have been adequately satisfied.
Regarding the CEO issue, that is a contractual item that needs to be worked out. NOT something for the SEC to do. And NOT something for public consumption. In. My. Opinion.
