When looking over your past posts your tone has always been very negative so I understand where you are coming from. As far as being unreliable, obviously I don't agree with you. I am not the reason the K was not sent in sooner. One person held it up. I have delivered everything I have promised in the past. In some cases there was changes. An example, we did Static for another network and instead of moving forward we bought our own network.
There was no shareholder meeting. We changed the event to an open public event. That is very clear by the press releases like it or not. Lie Hub is a waste of time I agree with you there and have not been there since I stated I would not return.
You want the truth? Do one thing, look at the SEC public records. Who is the CEO of record? Who is the CFO of record? What do our by laws say needs to be done to change that? Based on that, does the release that JC sent out recently without my approval contains proven facts? The answers are all there very clearly. JC came on this board yesterday and was surprised to learn from one of the posters that the by laws where on the SEC website. He asked for the link. He then came back and said the link was bad and got the correct one and then he was gone.
I did not want this ridiculous fight. So now we have to deal the fallout from his actions. We are working on that and as soon as possible everyone will see the filings to correct this. I have come on this board this it was started to talk with shareholders and when needed correct incorrect statements. If you think you or anyone else calling me unreliable or other things and follows up with how unprofessional it is for me to come and defend myself will stop me from doing so. You are very wrong.
Everything will be address and rectified within the next few days. I just need to follow the SEC rules. Our attorneys are putting together the proper actions. This all happened as soon as I was getting on a plane on Thursday, so he knew I would be out of town and it would be difficult for me to address it.
