I don't think we'll be getting a legitimate update

I don't think we'll be getting a legitimate update this week, maybe not even this month.  This is becoming a legal matter which could take a while to play out.  Sure we'll probably get the quick statements from Steve and Joseph here and there both claiming they are the CEO and the other is telling lies, but I don't expect to see an update of any real substance for a while but I will happy if I'm wrong.  Best to just kick back, don't watch the PPS, think about other things or focus on other investments until this plays out.
