My further guess about this CEO issue between JC
Post# of 45510
My further guess about this CEO issue between JC and Steve is, at first they signed a "Letter of Intent" that JC will become CEO after the merge,(See the first PR below), but at the time it caused lots of controversy talks on the ihub board regarding this CEO changing issue , we all knew Steve read the board a lot back then, my guess is he then talked to JC to reach a new agreement for him being the president instead; I guess they reached a new vocal agreement or maybe even in written, that's why the 3rd PR I referred below was issued.
Now, since the company has become so much bigger than it was after the merge, JC might regret for agreeing to be the president only and wants to take full control of the company. So he issued the PR and SEC complaint in hopping of the public stunt would help him become the CEO. (Oh, I forgot that he already declared himself as the CEO. LOL. )
6/15/2012, this PR "IC Places and Punch Television Networks Sign Letter of Intent " shows " Under the agreement IC Places will acquire all the assets of Punch TV Network .... The finalized deal is expected to close the first week of July 2012. Upon completion Joseph Collins , president of Punch TV Network, will join IC Places in the capacity of CEO and sit as joint Chairman of the Board with IC Places' current President and Chairman, Steven Samblis ." http://www.bizjournals.com/losangeles/prnewsw...15/NE25607
7/26/2012, this PR announces JC is the president instead: " Steve Samblis , CEO of IC Places, Inc. is pleased to announce that industry veteran and former CEO of Punch TV Network, Joseph Collins Jr. , has joined IC Places, a transmedia entertainment company, as President, effective July 10, 2012 ." http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/ic-pl...46726.html
