This is my guess about why JC filed SEC complaint. He thought he signed the contract with Steve that he would be the CEO of the company, (remember last year, the 1st PR about purchasing punch TV, he was announced to be the CEO in the PR), but Steve filed 8k claiming himself as the CEO of the company after the merge and Steve continued this claim in all the following Qs and K. JC may have asked Steve to change the fillings, but Steve refused to do so. In the pr JC issued, he said that " The inaccurately filed documents and non-compliance by Mr. Samblis was considered to be in breach of the contracts held by the company and its senior executives . Well, if Steve's SEC fillings are in deed in breach of the contract , JC should go to his own lawyer, not SEC. But he might think Free news site and SEC is a better way to deal with this issue, since these servece are free. Of course, all these are just my guesses based on what I read from the lines of the PR JC issued and his public notice that he put on the message boards. IDK.
