So this why JC went to SEC...
After the Q and K was filed by Steven Samblis solely without being reviewed by the Board, without Board approval and with blatant disregard for protocol, not to mention that the information regarding our corporate structure is 100% incorrect in accordance with the contracts that the Company has with its senior management. I was left with no other choice but to file a complaint with the SEC. I want to assure everyone that this is not about a hostile take over, this is about our Company being a responsible corporate citizen and keeping its contractual obligations.
