Ann, are you absolutely sure she understood which PR you were asking about?
I spoke with her, as did a lot of other folks.
I have a feeling there were some wires crossed somewhere. In her mind, the previous Collins communication to shareholders?
PR screams phony, IMO. The word disgruntled in the first line was the first (somewhat hilarious) red flag. No way would a serious PR say that. Another flag: No Safe Harbor statement. And then there's the SEC’s Code of Ethics, heh. There's a SEC Code Of Ethics Disclosure for companies, but the phrase as written is incorrect.
I could go on about tone, content and punctuation, but onward.
