I spoke with her, as did a lot of other folks.  My guess is she wasn't out of the office at all when you called, but pretty sick of having to say the same thing:  "Yes, Mr. Collins put out the PR."  She could not answer any other questions! Like why it wasn't 8k'd or put out on the Investor Relations part of the Punch TV website -- you know, those IMPORTANT questions that shareholders should have answers to!  She wasn't trying to avoid the question, IMO, but truly did not know.

Seems Steve's answer is that because none of it is true!  He is still the CEO.  And this is just some internal riff taken public.

It seems for us, for now, it's a case of "He says versus He says".  It will resolve itself, somehow.
