Actually file on Monday with SEC and this promo was planned to coincide with the public knowing. I found out about it yesterday and was able to unload alot of share this AM. This promo was paid by ------ so that alot of shares could be released. I am sorry for all here but as a huge shareholder I started leasing share last week when I got wind something was happening. I still own shares but the worse is yet to come for us. Hope everyone is averaged down enough to get rid of some. I am sick of what happen here good luck to all next week.
