The convertibles are coming just no volume to move them onto the market yet. I suspect may will be the month we should see them. PNCH need the share sell to grow. Once revenue increase enough then less diluting will occur. I personally think Steve is dropping the ball on the opportunity to PR a few thing to aleast help out his shareholders. Imo
