Steve, if not a R/S then how do you plan to get the price up?? Can you also answer the following questions:

1.) Where is the News/PR about your recent upfronts?

2.) Where is a PR for your increase in Revs?

3.) Why is it that the LA channel was mentioned in the upfronts info, but noone can find the LA station??

4.) When will we see the Bigger & Better ads on Pubch TV??

5.) What, if any thing is going on with Procter & Gamble?? Why were they at your upfronts?? Will we see anything from them in the near future??

6.) Are there convertible notes due to hit the market, further diluting your stock? Are they currently in the float as of now?

7.) Why is it that this PPS cannot sustain a steady climb up??

8.) What happened to the exposure for PNCH? You mentioned in the past that we would see this exposure on National TV and/or Radio spots! All I see is a short spot on Punch TV only.

9. How is the uplisting going? any news on that??

10.) Is there anything not listed above that you can add to or reflect upon? Anything that you can give to the longs (supporters) of your stock to give us something to look forward to?
