Right. Courts in Ontario don't care what happens in the US and vice versa. After all... it is not libel or defamation... just honest discussion.
Did you know that sending people threatening letters constitutes harassment? That is an offense in itself.
I doubt anyone in Ontario will ever see a courtroom on this matter. And don't worry, I have all of the right connections. I KNOW what is going on in this area!!!!!
