oh come on now, what makes you think that posting honest opinions constitutes libel or defamation? JB is the one who has been dishonest with investors. What the SEC is talking about is misrepresentation. Judging from what i know about the case, it is solid and it is only a matter of time before jBII goes DOWN FOR THE COUNT.
Is FUD Fear Uncertainty, and Doubt? (I am not up on these things). What makes you think that that is the purpose of posting? Isn't it to present alternative viewpoints!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
