Kgem, i think we are exrememly fortunate to have NorthCal as a partner. The last stock we owned together talked about all these connections they had but they were all political connectons and most were probably corrupt, same as the CEO. I may be fooled again about our CEO at HMR, but I think not. NorthCal would not put 30 years of building the clientele and developing such a reputation to not have gone over himr with a fine toothe comb. And obviously they liked what they see in HIMR.
