You got that right Junebug. Also, if one is investing in this end of the market, 99.99% of the companies do not yet have revenue. This is the actual difinition of a start-up --- it is just first starting up. What HIMR has is the technology, and a company (NorthCal) willing to embrace them and help them get started. The people working on the Brazilian concessions are affiliated with NorthCal, the sales and distribution of recovered woods will be handled exclusively by NorthCal, and NorthCal's world-wide customer list will be employed as well. It appears to me that HIMR has a leg up on nearly every other company at this end of the market.
