I am not sure what you are asking. As far as I know, the judge has not yet ruled on the pro se thing so I don't think that any conclusions can be drawn yet. Only the judge is in control of that and we will have to wait and see.
It seems that in your opinion, anyone that does not totally support what HLNT is doing and questions Chad's actions or inactions is against HLNT. Am I correct? The truth is that I own way too much HLNT stock to have it face the problems that we are seeing. At these prices, I cannot just sell out and move on. I am looking at a major loss if the company fails.
At the same time, I am very concerned about what I am hearing both here and over on the other board. I do not like that folks are saying that there is no money to pay bills with. I do not like that there is no news from HLNT. Personally, I do not buy that the silence is due to all of the good things going on. If that was the truth then I am pretty sure we would be hearing something from Chad even if it was sketchy. There are lots of other things I do not like. I NEED truth. If bailing at this price is the best I can do, I need to know that. I wont be happy but at least I will know I did the best I could. At the same time, I am not going to ignore the things I am hearing just so that I can possibly be guilty of pumping so that I can bail at a better price.
As to Mr. D, I have LOTS of questions. Surely if someone was putting that amount of cash into this situation, they are looking for a return. So, why can we not know it? It looks like this cash came into the scene in January. It is now March. Maybe things have changed or deals have fallen through that he was counting on. Maybe someone should ask him. Do his trucks have HyImpact units? How are they doing? The only thing I think I do know is that we have one major asset, and that is the 50% interest in AHS. If that drops to 33% like I have heard, then where are we? I know, there is still the Hoss. As we have not heard anything in a long time, I am concerned that it may not even exist any more.
