Mr. Corcoran joined the Punch TV executive team with exemplary distribution experience. Mr. Corcoran was the Vice President Affiliate Sales/Distribution, Controller and CAO with Outdoor Channel from 2001 –2007. In 2007, he oversaw the distribution of the Outdoor Channel on cable/satellite systems and was in charge of the affiliate relations nationwide team along with the different marketing efforts.
Mark was integral to Outdoor Channel in a secondary stock offering with 3 different stock brokerage firms that raised over 75 million dollars. Mr. Corcoran oversaw almost all of the financial information, monthly filings, 10Qs and 10Ks filings with the SEC. Outdoor Channel is now in 35 million households. From 2007-2008, Mr. Corcoran was President of Pursuit Channel, a channel that is currently available to 40 million viewers on DirecTV/DISH/Cable. Mark also served on the board of Broadcast Financial Management and received the 2007 Rainmaker Award. Mr. Corcoran is also a member of Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing, and Women In Cable Television.
Before coming to Punch TV in mid-2009, Mr. Corcoran was consultant/ President for In Country Television located in Denver, a start-up linear network that launched on DISH to approximately 14 million viewers. Mark was in charge of acquiring programming, cable media relationships, and for the development of hunting and fishing industry relationships that helped the company grow. Mr. Corcoran also got carriage for 4 Vietnamese language channels on DISH. In addition, Mark has worked with all of the major Multiple System Operators (MSOs) and Satellite Operators including Comcast, Time Warner, Direct TV and others. He has alao worked with media companies such as Comcast Networks, Discovery Networks, Scripps Networks, Turner Broadcasting, and others.

Among the most prestigious of these is her listings in the Who's Who Among Women in the World, 1989 and Who's Who Among Black Americans, 1985. In 1990s, she co-founded a consultancy business which delivers marketing services, grant writing, creative writing, policy writing and other business writing to a variety of clients including Howard University, Morgan State School of Engineering, Texas College, National Urban League Washington Operations, and others. |
