Mr. McNulty is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years of significant experience in specialty retail, e-commerce, branded consumer products, retail start-ups and developing new concepts and technology platforms for utilization in the retail industry. Mr. McNulty founded Shopping.com and served as its President and CEO. Shopping.com was the first on-line retailer selling a broad range of consumer brand name products on the Internet, which was purchased for $220 million in an all cash transaction by Compaq Computers. Mr. McNulty also founded Home Club and served as its Chairman and CEO. Home Club was a chain of home improvement warehouse stores for contractor trade and do-it-yourself customers, servicing U.S. western states with 38 stores and 7,000 employees. He was the first to institute and implement the “everyday low price strategy” in the U.S. Home Improvement industry. Mr. McNulty was a founding board member of the Home Cancer Industry Council for the City of Hope Cancer Research Center. Currently, he serves as Chairman of Global Leadership Connection, a charitable organization that provides leadership programs for high schools students and supports the education of today’s youth leaders across America.
Mark V. Noffke, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Noffke has 30 years of experience as a seasoned financial and management professional. He has served as CFO of Beyond Commerce since January 2007. Mr. Noffke was the CFO of Financial Media Group, Inc and also served as CFO of National Storm Management, Inc. where he was responsible for taking the company public. Mr. Noffke was a Managing Director of Striker Pacific Corporation, an investment bank, where he conducted due diligence and acquisition analysis in various industries, including waste recycling, forest products and automotive. Mr. Noffke has served as the CFO and a Director of U.S. Forest Industries, Inc., a timber manufacturing company, where he was responsible for developing the company's accounting infrastructure. Prior to this, Mr. Noffke served as CFO of Brands Shopping Network, a publicly traded company currently known as United Fuel and Energy Corporation. In this position, Mr. Noffke was responsible for raising capital and developing the accounting infrastructure. Mr. Noffke is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. in Accounting from Valparaiso University in Indiana.

Mr. Guest offers 20 years of experience in the direct sales industry, including positions as both an Independent Representative, Consultant and Executive within the Network marketing landscape. Mr. Guest co-founded the highly successful TravelMax International, as the MLM industry was shifting to a more Internet and online based business model. He has consulted and worked alongside some of the industry’s most successful firms and individual business builders in nearly every capacity necessary in creating successful support systems, communications methods, and the teaching of day to day protocols.
Wendy Borow-Johnson
Ms. Borow-Johnson is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of NewsComm Media Corporation, and has been a pioneer in leading the push for new technology platforms in cable, satellite, mobile, and web-based media throughout her career. Ms. Borow-Johnson previously served as Senior Vice President of Source Media, where she was responsible for the deployment of the first two-way digital cable system, the first interactive television advertising campaigns, and the interactive TV guide. Ms. Borow-Johnson has also been the President of multiple niche programming networks including American Medical TV, Recovery TV Network, Tomorrow's Planet, Healthy Living Channel, Beauty and Fashion TV, and Resort and Residence TV. Ms. Borow-Johnson was also a senior executive at leading advertising agencies such as McCann Erickson and DMBB. Accolades include winning Gold Medals at the New York Film Festival, the Bronze Anvil from the Public Relations Society of America, and the Skye Award from Women in Cable. She is also recognized as a leading woman on Wall Street, and is considered one of the Women Making a Difference by the Chicago Sun Times. Ms. Borow-Johnson has been President of publicly traded companies, and is considered an innovator in the medical broadcasting technologies and biotech communications realms.
