The only thing smoke and mirrors is this sell off. 1.5 mil shares? Have you seen the short interest recently? After my initial reading of the 10K I don't see anything bad in it. This is total and complete manipulation, the other board tells all.
BTW I've always been looking for the 1Q 2013 not this 10K. Buy this dip...
