IMO, it's very easy to understand. Steve misled and distorted once again. This k was not good. But on 3 different ocassions, he said it was coming out when it did not while leading us to believe there was some earth-shattering information in there.  More smoke and mirrors from the man. Investors are sick of seeing Steve do this. There was no question there would be a selloff after seeing the k yesterday.
