I don't want to be an apologist for management as I'm as antsy as the rest of y'all, but my take is that they are walking a knife's edge between sitting on embargoed data and satisfying the public thirst for info. They have put out some information as seen in the 9/17 investor conference , which included details about CLOVER and other trials. Lacking in specifics? Absolutely, and frustratingly so. Throw in past run-ins with the FDA and as they said in another call, they're viewing themselves currently as being in a bit of a quiet period. They've stated they'll schedule a shareholder call this fall, but I wouldn't expect it until after the embargo ends with ESMO, so maybe late this month.
I'm giving them some grace during what is likely the most critical period in their history, but I'm as frustrated as everyone else. They gave themselves grand bonuses - I'm willing to grant them the benefit of the doubt that they've got some good/great news ready to come our way.
Dr. J. has stated that the data is compelling - I'm of the belief he's not given to hyperbole. I'll bite my tongue (and fingernails) for a bit longer.
