NEW YORK CITY, NY, UNITED STATES, October 2, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Hannover House, Inc. (OTC: HHSE), a 33-year-old media company, is about to become an “overnight success,” according to C.E.O. Eric Parkinson. The fledgling independent distributor of movies has embarked on an aggressive production and distribution slate that has taken years to assemble. Parkinson believes that these new projects will generate over ten-million dollars in net revenues for HHSE, which should be good news for shareholders.
"For years, people have been telling us that Hannover House is one hit film away from being the next Lionsgate-level of independent distributors,” said Parkinson. “With our new line up of eleven feature projects including two tentpole titles, we think that we are finally able to meet that challenge. But it’s not just the new productions and substantial revenues they represent. We are also integrating our activities for production services and launching our direct-to-consumer streaming through the MyFlix venture. It’s a multi-faceted expansion of activities that will make us appear to many consumers to be an overnight sensation, despite the length of our operations,” he concluded.
The Hannover House stock shares, traded on the OTC market under symbol HHSE, have languished for several years at just under a 1-cent per share. This is representative of the past few years of limited activity, said Parkinson, as well as the loss of revenue streams from the company’s prior dominance as a mass merchant DVD distributor. With a minimal operating overhead, the addition of several million dollars of new fees and revenues for Hannover House would logically support a share price of nearly ten-cents, he concluded.
“Right now is a very smart time to make a six month or longer strategic investment in Hannover House stock, as the share price is artificially low, and backwards-looking,” said Parkinson. “Over the next year, the revenue results form our line-up of feature productions – as well as our behind-the-scenes work to launch the MyFlix service – should put Hannover House and our Hemdale label near the top of major independent distributors again. Most traders tell us that our stock is currently undervalued by a factor of 10-X.”
Hannover House re-launched the Hemdale Film Corporation brand last year, after a 30-year hiatus of operations. During its peak, Hemdale was an independent studio powerhouse, earning two Best Picture Academy Awards (“Platoon” and “The Last Emperor”) and generating commercial hits and audience favorites such as “Terminator,” “Hoosiers”, “Little Nemo” and “Savage Land.” Parkinson was C.E.O. of Hemdale for many years, including when the film library was rolled into MGM-UA in 1996 - along with many other indie distributors - as part of a reorganization of entertainment activities for Credit Lyonais Bank. Other major film companies or libraries rolled-up into MGM at that time included Cannon Pictures, Dino DeLaurentis, Orion Pictures and Embassy Entertainment.
“We waited to launch the Hemdale production label until we had the right picture,” said Parkinson. “We think our upcoming production of 17N CONSPIRACY is the perfect film to merit the return of the Hemdale branding. 17N CONSPIRACY tells the true, untold story of the behind-the-scenes operations of the 17N Revolutionary group in Greece, from the 1970’s until 2002. The film delivers a powerful message against authoritarian governments, and a testimony to the strength of people standing up for their rights. This is the sort of movie that enlightens the audience, delivers a lasting message and provides our key performers with awards-worthy material. We are honored to make this the launch title for the return of the Hemdale brand as a producer and distributor of top quality features,” he concluded.
Following 17N CONSPIRACY is another major production, TEMPUS PORTA, set for production in Malta in Spring 2027. Both movies feature four or more “A” level stars, said Parkinson, including Best Actor winners.
In addition to these two event-level productions, Hannover House is also involved with nine additional productions. Titles currently filming include the breakthrough CGI-and-AI animated Christmas thriller, JOLLY, which opens in theatres Dec. 11, and the live-action western, INDIAN TERRITORY, which chronicles the months preceding the infamous Oklahoma Land Rush of 1889. Hannover House released the first trailer for the JOLLY movie two weeks ago, and it has already generated 425,000 YouTube views, prior to its promotion through Horror Media (including Fangoria, Bloody-Disgusting and Scream Horror Mag). The link for the JOLLY trailer can be access through the film’s website: www.JollyMovie.US

Trump.
“These are projects and ventures already in motion. They will generate both upfront overhead income for Hannover House as well as distribution fees into the many millions of dollars,” said Parkinson. “We have been involved in the film industry for over forty years, and this represents the level of film output and revenue potential that should make the Hannover House stock into one of the safest and highest return opportunities in the current marketplace,” he concluded.
