FingerMotion (NASDAQ: FNGR) announced the appointment of Jolie Kahn as chief executive officer, effective immediately, succeeding Martin Shen. Shen, who led the company from its early days on the OTC Markets to its Nasdaq listing, said FingerMotion has built a strong foundation for long-term growth and expressed confidence in the company’s future under its new leadership.
Kahn joins FingerMotion with experience in corporate finance, management and securities law, most recently serving as CEO of AVAX One Technology Ltd., where she led the company’s strategic transition to a digital asset treasury model. She has also served as counsel to a major publicly traded Bitcoin mining company and as interim chief financial officer for several Nasdaq-listed companies. Kahn said she plans to build on FingerMotion’s existing foundation, sharpen its strategic focus and drive long-term shareholder value.
