what can they share what can't they share. JL has made it clear what is coming at the conferences. ESMO will be mainly ctDNA and PD-L1. it will NOT be ORR and PFS. ASCO-GI will be ORR and perhaps PFS, etc. and its not strategic. its legal. ASCO-GI deadline is in september. that abstract will include ORR. and so ORR can't be presented at ESMO. even if it fell before, ASCO wont accept an abstract for data that isnt novel.
meanwhile, what about the share price?

cytodyn does its incessantly complaining shareholders a HUGE HUGE FAVOR. they get around convention and formalities. they send out "shareholder letters" that give updates ACROSS THE BOARD, on all initiatives, even when there isn't anything that's worthy of a traditional PR! we are so fortunate to have them doing that!
They already told you to expect a summer update, and with the 10k coming late august, that is when you will likely get that update. 4 months after the last one. not too bad. less than quarterly, but still pretty good imo.
i kinda think that quarterly would be ideal, but tbh that could get a bit silly, as the difference from one to the next in that interval might be minor.
