Xeriant (OTCQB: XERI) announced the publication of an updated 36-page white paper examining global plastic and fiber waste, increasing natural disaster risks and the need for resilient, sustainable construction materials. The paper highlights the company’s NexBoard(TM) building panel and newly introduced NexPatch(TM) fire-resistant joint compound as technologies designed to convert waste into high-performance building materials while supporting safer and more affordable housing.
The white paper also highlights NexBoard’s recent third-party fire certification results, including a Class A rating under ASTM E84 and successful completion of the NFPA 286 corner room burn test, and introduces NexPatch(TM), which uses the same proprietary intumescent technology to provide continuous fire protection across wall and ceiling assemblies. Xeriant said the products also have the potential to improve building insurability and reduce insurance costs by lowering fire and water damage risks.
