QP's Phase 1 Review
Evaluation Findings & Recommendations
MineralRite Corporation (RITE) – Skull Valley Project
Phase 1 QP Review * Highlights
Prepared by Allan L. Schappert, CPG, SME-RM (Qualified Person)
Date: ~June 19, 2026Project Overview Asset: Tailings / concentrates (treated as personal property/inventory) stored in capped ponds at Skull Valley, Yavapai County, Arizona.
Acquired via Peeple’s Inc. from Nevada Mining Company.
Phase 1 scope: Site inspection, review of historic 2006–2007 data, independent near-surface sampling, and Phase 2 recommendations.
Key Findings – Tonnage Historic estimates (AET + Geosyntec 2007 seismic tomography) converge on ≈ 278,800 tons of concentrate. Upper ponds: ~98,890 tons
Lower ponds: ~179,910 tons
QP adopts the rounded 278,800-ton figure as the most reliable.
Assay & Grade Observations2006 backhoe sampling (AET/DEL) confirmed presence of gold, silver, and PGMs.Many composite samples >0.6 opt Au, with peaks up to ~0.93 opt Au.
Results consistent between two independent labs for the sampled material.
QP’s assessment: Valid for the specific samples tested, but not representative of the full resource due to limited sampling density.
QP’s 2026 shallow auger samples (through clay cap) detected trace target metals — supportive but not conclusive.
Higher 2007/2012 results excluded for conservatism.
QP Conclusions Historic work met reasonable industry standards and chain-of-custody protocols.
Target metals are present in portions of the tailings.
The resource is intact and undisturbed.
Current data is insufficient for a reliable average grade or full resource valuation.
Recommendations – Phase 2Conduct a sonic drilling program on ~50-ft centers to ~40-ft depth.
Goal: Produce a SEC Regulation S-K 1300 compliant Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE).
QP to oversee logging, proper hole backfilling (bentonite + concrete cap), and core retention.
Contractor quotes currently being obtained.
*** Overall Assessment: Positive confirmation of substantial tonnage and presence of valuable metals. A targeted drilling campaign is the logical next step to quantify grades and support valuation.
