What say you?
Ive speculated on this a dozen times but what do you think
Is it likely that they find out that treating pdl1 positive patients with ici will cause additional ccr5 expression to avoid tumor invasion. ( i dont even know if Im asking it correctly)
So that Leron needs to be part of every combo regardless if pdl1 + -
It seems to me a tumor might resort to the opposite of the Leron effect when ici is used first line.
It seems that ici's are not always (or actually not often) successful for some reason.
