What keeps getting posted is a copy-and-paste of a single 2025 WBAL / 11 News Investigates article about TIME Organization. That article describes allegations and a referral to the Baltimore City Inspector General. It does not contain findings. It does not contain conclusions. It does not name Univec, UNVC, or Dr. Dalton as defendants. Reposting it repeatedly does not turn it into new information.
An Inspector General referral is not a ruling, not charges, and not proof of wrongdoing. It is the starting point of a review. Anyone presenting it as an outcome is misrepresenting what it actually is.
The jump from TIME-related allegations to Univec or UNVC is where this completely breaks down. Even if every allegation against TIME were ultimately substantiated, that does not automatically implicate a separate public company, its shareholders, or unrelated for-profit entities. Nonprofit compliance issues do not transfer liability by association.
The ongoing claim that officials use “code words” like interlocking boards or related entities to secretly reference Univec is simply false. Public meetings do not operate that way. If an entity or contract is under discussion, it appears on the agenda by name. If it cannot be discussed, it is deferred or handled separately. There is no legal or procedural basis for secret signaling in open meetings.
If someone has actual new information, that means documents: an agenda item naming an entity, an Inspector General finding, an enforcement action, a court filing, or a regulatory notice. None of that has been produced. What has been produced is repetition, speculation, and worst-case framing.
Posting the same article again and again while layering in assumptions doesn’t strengthen the argument. It weakens it. It confuses allegations with conclusions and fear with facts.
Everyone here is frustrated and wants clarity. But if we’re going to discuss this seriously, it needs to be based on verifiable documents and actual developments, not recycled headlines and invented connections.
If and when something concrete happens, it will be explicit and documented. Until then, stop presenting speculation as inevitability.
