Larry Kozin, CEO of MainStreetChamber Holdings (OTC:MSCH) and the MainStreetChamber of Commerce, Registers as Federal Lobbyist to Champion Guaranteed Loans for Small Businesses Employing 3-25 Employees

Las Vegas, NV – January 12, 2026 – Larry Kozin, Founder and CEO of MainStreetChamber of Commerce and MainStreetChamber Holdings, Inc. (OTC: MSCH), today announced his successful registration as a federal lobbyist under the Lobbying Disclosure Act. This pivotal step launches a dual-focused advocacy campaign in Washington: expanding access to fair, SBA-guaranteed loans for small businesses employing 3-25 workers, and aggressively combating predatory lending that exploits entrepreneurs when traditional financing fails.

Mid-tier small & micro-businesses—those with 3 to 25 employees—are vital to local economies, creating jobs, fostering innovation, and supporting communities. Yet they often encounter barriers to affordable capital, including denials from banks and the SBA due to perceived risk or bureaucratic hurdles, pushing many toward high-interest predatory lenders with exploitative terms that can lead to debt spirals and business failure.

Kozin’s lobbying will target reforms such as higher guarantee percentages, streamlined eligibility, reduced fees, and dedicated funding in SBA 7(a) programs. Simultaneously, he will advocate against predatory lending by pushing for stronger federal oversight, mandatory transparency in loan terms, caps on excessive fees and interest rates for small business products, and incentives for ethical alternative lenders—ensuring vulnerable Main Street employers are protected from cycles of unsustainable debt.

This advocacy is deeply personal. In the chamber’s early growth phase, MainStreetChamber faced repeated rejections from traditional banks and SBA loan programs despite strong business plans and a track record of supporting entrepreneurs. “We were turned away time and again—not because we were unqualified, but because we didn't fit neatly into their risk models,” Kozin recalled. “Desperate to keep operations going and continue building our network for small businesses, we turned to alternative lenders with predatory terms: sky-high interest rates, hidden fees, and aggressive repayment demands. It nearly bankrupted the organization and forced painful cuts that slowed our mission to empower hundreds of thousands of members. That experience taught me the real human cost of a broken lending system—and it’s why I’m now fighting to prevent other entrepreneurs from facing the same trap.”

Today, MainStreetChamber counters these risks by offering members exclusive preferred loan programs through trusted lender partnerships aligned with SBA-backed options. These member-only benefits provide preferred access to financing with discounted fees, more favorable interest structures, and simplified processes—helping businesses in the 3-25 employee range secure working capital, equipment, hiring funds, and growth resources without resorting to predatory alternatives. A FREE LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP unlocks these tools, delivering immediate relief where federal programs fall short.

“Businesses with 3 to 25 employees are the true engines of Main Street growth—they hire locally and create most new jobs,” said Kozin. “But when banks and the SBA say no, predatory lenders step in and threaten survival. My lobbying will demand fair guaranteed loans that prioritize this segment while cracking down on exploitative practices that prey on desperation. Drawing from our own near-bankruptcy scare, we’re committed to building a system where entrepreneurs get the support they deserve—not debt that destroys them.”

Kozin’s priorities include:

• Enhancing SBA 7(a) guarantees for hiring, working capital, equipment, and expansion, with targeted incentives (e.g., higher guarantees, fee waivers) for 5-25 employee businesses.

• Combating predatory lending through regulations requiring clear disclosures, rate caps on small business products, and penalties for abusive practices targeting Main Street employers.

• Reducing barriers like excessive collateral demands or delays that drive businesses to harmful alternatives.

• Promoting job-creation incentives in guaranteed programs and bridging gaps between microloans and larger financing—while expanding chamber perks like discounted fees in preferred programs.

With a plan to expand to over 1000 Chapters and 2,000,000 Members within the next 18-24 months, Kozin will collaborate with lawmakers, SBA officials, and ethical lenders for bipartisan solutions. This builds on decades of advocacy, including free resources, partnerships with influencers (such as with kathy ireland® & Bo Derek ), and community initiatives.

“MainStreetChamber is about real relationships and practical support—including our preferred loan programs with discounted fees that shield members from predatory traps,” Kozin added. “Formal lobbyist credentials elevate this mission: booking more erned media exposure, securing policy wins for capital access, job growth, and protection against exploitation. When these businesses thrive safely, America prospers.”

Kozin continues leading as CEO of MainStreetChamber Holdings, (OTC: MSCH), which wholly owns the MainStreetChamber of Commerce, while lobbying addresses systemic issues to amplify these supports.
