Meanwhile, I am happy to see the money shot being an appraisal of PD-L1 elevation after 48 days. It gives us a nice concrete number of days to use, rather than the "month or two" we've usually seen. So we can hope for and even expect dates like this:
1) 20 patients enrolled by end of 2025.
2) A 28 day cycle completed by those 20 by end of Jan., triggering DSMB response to change everyone to 700 mg
3) Since Dr Jay has been highly encouraged by early responses, perhaps a provocative PD-L1 development 48 days after the first 16 patients have begun treatment -- end of January to mid February
4) 48 days after all patients moved to 700 mg -- PD-L1 response from 30 or 40 patients on 700 mg -- thrilling PD-L1 response in 88 or 90 percent of the patients -- death knell for short sellers -- middle to late March. The money shot.
