"There is no waiting for a year "
But there is , with present protocol we cant give ICIs for one year of CRC trial.
So if patient develop elevated PD-L1 after 30 days on LL , this patient must wait another 11 months to receive ICI during the Rollover.
Because PD-L1 blocking immune system from attacking cancer cells,
this 11 months will be for some the difference between life and dead..
Check how many died from this 28 patients with mTNBC during the first year..
KenChowder did a very informative spread with this patients , maybe he could post it again ..
Protocols are amended all the time, hopefully it will happen also here.
But we don't have much more time , must be done very soon..
