11/15/2017 VERBAL CLARIFICATION.- 8 year ago tomorrow, Nov 15th. There have been many entries in that time and it has never been settled or gone inactive. I can only see the subject line of the filings -never any content so i don't know what the case involves but it has had an eight year life. Unless Mexus is getting free legal representation there is a continuing cost for whatever is happening. I tried to upgrade my access to BUHOLEGAL but it would not accept any of my US credit cards. With premium I believe I'd see more of the filings - actual content. You're welcome to try - but why?
Jump to Nome and checking on the Sister Shelle it appears to me the boat is out of the water on land but that assumes the GPS locations are accurate to within 40 feet or so. It arrived too late last season (2024) to be dredging. The boat wintered over and every time I've checked this summer into fall it was in Nome harbor. It's possible I just happened to miss any actual time at sea and dredging - my impression is that it has been docked or even hauled up and out of the water. My impressions could be wrong .

i see Google Earth now has better and more recent imagery of the mine site and easy to page back to 2007 and see the evolution of the mine up to July 2023- the most recent image avbl. This is much high res than the low res images I could access from the European Space Agency and Sentinel II low res imagery. .
