The second one in the list is the best - showing the crew and boat on the way to Fort Bragg CA and entrance into the harbor there -- narrated by Paul Senior. This was summer 2024.
I've checked ocnly on Marine Traffic website and looks to me like the boat has been tied to the dock on Water Front Street, Nome, much of the time this year. Have only seen it out of the harbor once or twice but I sure don't monitor it full time so maybe they've been operating. And the ADS-B transponder may not be operating if they want to be stealthy. I'm not sure of that. Lately I have gotten real-time fixes without paying the dollar a day fee for one-time access. .
They missed last season by late arrival and this season - don't know. Paul does say in that 34 minute video that the boat is the culmination of a six-year dream. It was a major project with some major backing. Lots of electronics and hydraulics onboard plus the dredging equipment and the hull a marine diesel. May show up next season on Bearing Sea Gold but I'm not sure it was operating enough this season to film. They have a cooperative deal with Chris McCully on the underwater, remotely operated crawler. That's the first video.
All this helps not one bit with the losses we experienced with Mexus Gold. I'm sure if you ask the CEO he'll say he's still working on a deal for the Caborca operaton. The fourteen year deal.
