Silvercorp Metals (TSX: SVM) (NYSE American: SVM) announced leadership changes within its senior accounting and finance team. Effective Nov. 10, longtime Chief Financial Officer Derek Liu retired after nearly a decade in the role and will remain with the company in a consulting capacity during the transition. The company appointed Winnie Wang as interim CFO, effective immediately. Wang, who joined Silvercorp in 2024 and most recently served as CFO of its China operations, brings over 15 years of corporate finance and accounting leadership, including prior roles with PwC and Asurion China.
