Since SEC filings are required and adhered to by CYDY, I’d suspect less nefarious stuff.
For instance at the time of your initial post per business in NC, 2022 I think, we were in major litigation with Samsung for past dues. And needing a future manufacturer and/or finisher (bottling into vials), with a big chunk of frozen LL that didn’t need to yet be finished/vialed.
So I suspect Cytodyn was exploring sourcing these services in the research triangle in NC, including but not limited, to Novo Nordisk.
I doubt the endevours here require SEC/DOJ/FDA notifications until finalized. Since they were apparently not finalized, I also think I’ll keep the hanky-panky stuff to myself and suggest the same for you.
