Judging on the timing of the FDA/SEC/DOJ investigations in late 2021/early 2022, the official squashing of the 13D on 24Nov21, the ousting of NP on 24Jan22, the control takeover by Tanya Urbach on 24Jan22, the stepping down of Scott Kelly from Chairman on 25Jan22, AND no mention of this business registration in ANY of CytoDyn's SEC filings (oversight or intentional non-disclosure ??).....so....
